Copper Horse is awarded finalist in Yorkshire Tourism Awards

Businesses from across the region have been named in the shortlist for the Yorkshire Moors and Coast Tourism Awards 2009 and the Copper Horse is amonst the names.

This fantastic award will be awarded to the attractions in Yorkshire that meet the high standard of the judges.

The Copper Horse were lucky enough to be crowned winners last year, though this year are pleased to be crowned a finalist with the winner going to Greens Restaurant in Whitby.

Clive Rowe-Evans, Chair of the Yorkshire Moors & Coast Tourism Partnership, said: "The calibre of the nominees was exceptionally high this year making the categories very difficult to judge. The awards ceremony was thoroughly enjoyable and a good time was had by all - it really was the perfect way to congratulate the people that make up the local tourism industry on an excellent year's work."
